We are so sad to hear of the passing of talented musician Arthur 'Gaps' Hendrickson, the acclaimed frontman of The Selecter and a pioneering influence in Ska music. We fondly remember him here, when he joined us on the Hootenanny in 2015.

The Selecter will be doing what they've always done best and that is playing 2-tone music at Nottingham Metronome Fri 21st June & at Southampton Papillon on Fri 5th July 2024. They will also be squeezing in a headline show at Coast Festival in Tynemouth on Sat 22nd June 2024.

NINE is the new studio album from Dreadzone coming in October 2024 on Deluxe CD Bookpack & Double Vinyl on Dubwiser Records. In addition to Earl 16 and MC Spee, Nine features guest vocals from LSK (Faithless), Cheshire Cat (Leftfield) and Zoe Devlin (Alabama 3)
