I didn't finish training to be a doctor but they've very kindly let me speak at the Royal Society of Medicine.

The GMC’s argument that it is compelled to investigate and punish all doctors who have been found to break the law is fundamentally flawed. This case has absolutely no bearing on patient care, safety, public confidence nor trust - which should be the GMC’s sole consideration.
