If sunscreen is too "woke" for you, don't use it, I don't think anyone is sneak attacking you applying sunscreen while you aren't looking... but don't spread nonsense about it harming vitamin D levels, because this is not supported by the evidence.

It feels like I have been sick since I moved to Nottingham almost 2 years ago. An exaggeration of course but it’s definitely a lot more frequently than before. Not sure what is causing it but crossing my fingers that it changes once we move!

I’m proud that people from nearly 200 countries work in our NHS. I completely condemn this racist violence and stand with our staff and the communities they live and work in. Thank you to our emergency services who are working hard to keep everyone safe.

I hate gardening with a passion but it was oddly therapeutic today. Still working away on #AHPsActive bingo, not quite so consistent with the actual posting!

Always take a walk after work but managed to get one in before work even though I wasn’t commuting - this is part of my usual commute walk though ☺️ #AHPsActive

5 house viewings on foot and a night out in London means easily ticking the 20k steps off even without counting the ones after midnight #AHPsActive

I think guidelines are useful but I notice often in the UK we focus heavily on learning and following them to the detriment of understanding why those groups have made those recommendations. This limits us in knowing the flexibility and benefits/risks to difference approaches.
