Important study led by Pablo_PerGuz, Zambia National Public Health Institute and Zambart, showing that Kabwe district in Zambia suffered a large COVID burden, that could have been partially mitigated by prompter and wider availability of vaccines and improved healthcare.
I wrote with Adam Kucharski a review of statistical inference methods to address key epidemiological questions during epidemics doi.org/10.1016/j.epid…. A mix of theory, intuitive explanation, and 21 case studies. Hopefully a useful resource for students and others!
