Delighted to announce that our Natural Environment Research Council funded project looking at the ecological effects of offshore wind has been funded. ECOWind Our consortium includes University of Southampton (led by MBERG), National Oceanography Centre, University of Hull, UEA, and Cefas. A lot coming very soon.

Research led by the Uni of Hull has shown that seven species of fish are at risk of extinction in Britain’s waters. The study, funded by Natural England, used the globally recognised criteria for assessing Red List of Threatened Species. Read more: hull.ac.uk/work-with-us/m…
