A busy day down at the Ayr Campus today, organising our Sport Programme Development Group Enrichment and Development day. Productive conversations as always & an opportunity to celebrate & bid farewell to Chris Easton who is due to leave UWS in the coming weeks. #LifeatUWS

After pestering everyone else to get into front of the camera, it was about time I did it too! Surprisingly challenging to fit a summary of my research into less than 30 seconds! ⏰ #SportForDevelopment #MilitaryResearch #LifeatUWS

Excellent key note from Anthony Papathomas exploring narratives in the context of athlete mental health. Certainly my highlight of the #QRSE2024 conference so far 👏🏻 Narratives matter!
