The opposite of depression is expression. What comes out of your body will never make you ill. What stays in there will. Remember, there is no right or wrong feeling, there is only YOU feeling. ❤️❤️❤️

I enjoyed making Goulash and Chicken Paprikash for Mother's Day with my daughter and granddaughter! How did you celebrate the mothers in your life?

It took me decades to discover that I could come at life with a different question. It’s not, why did I live? The question is, what is mine to do with the life I’ve been given?

Thinking of my youth today. So many lessons learned. I wish I could tell myself what I know today at 96: Time doesn't heal. It’s what you do with the time. Healing is possible when we choose to release the wound, to let go of the past or the grief.

If you're wondering, yes, I can still do the splits … I'm just not sure I could get back up! 😂 But that's okay! Don't look back and wish you were who you used to be. “You can live to avenge the past, or you can live to enrich the present.”
