Just a reminder: 'Self-care' isn't naps on a random afternoon.

'Self care' is knowing your worth, and living a life that is consistent with that, across the board.

If you have:
-Your health, and
- At least an average IQ

There's really not a lot of excuses for why you can't do well in this world if you choose to.

The journey will be easier for some than others, but those committed to rise will always figure it out.

If you hate change, success in any area of life is going to be hard for you.

Amazing weekends and productive workdays come from the same philosophy:

Don't allow just anything to pack your schedule...make it worth it.

Think about where you're putting your energy, and you get more time for the good stuff.

People expect 'average.' Surprise them.

- Pay attention to the details
- Show up as your best self
- Make the effort

Whether at work, or even on a date - You'll be surprised how the little things truly impress other people.
There's a lot of power in elevating your space.

While saving & investing is great, once you have a few bucks and you're in a solid place, please spend on the things that matter to you.

Do something nice for family, buy the home you want, and even grab a few items you've wanted forever.
