Start and end your day with 15 to 30 deep breaths.

Deep breathing will help you feel more calm throughout the day as well as sleep better at night.

Here's how.

Breathe in deeply and slowly to the count of 5, hold for 2 seconds and then out slowly and deeply to the count of 5.

Alcohol helps many people get some release from their problems.

But alcohol can also affect a man's libido and sexual function.

This can eventually lead to marrital discord and break up of families.

Alcohol can ruin your family's life. It isn't the best solution to problems.

If making time to exercise is a challenge, try to break it down into smaller chunks of 7 to 10 minutes

Most people will be able to find 7 minutes in the morning and in the evening even if busy. All it takes is waking up 7 minutes earlier and sleeping 7 minutes later

If you're healthcare provider encourages you to use sugar and eat whatever you want, they are either;

1. Ignorant of the risks of unhealthy food

2. Brain washed by the food and pharma industry

3. Trying to keep the medical industry booming.

They are in disease not healthcare

Just because they serve food like this in schools doesn't make it okay.

We need a food policy for institutions that will prepare our children to be at their best physically & health wise. Many of us are stunted because of such food for 6+ years.

Ask some @ugandacranes players😊

A great way to start each day

1. Time in prayer
2. 15 deep breaths (in through nose to count of 5, out through mouth to count of 5)
3. Spend 3-5 minutes feeling grateful for all blessings
4. A 5-7 minute stretch
5. Drink 2-3 glasses of warm water
6. Take a cold shower
7. Smile

Please brush and if possible floss your teeth before going to bed each night.

Otherwise you turn your mouth into a good environment to breed bacteria that could harm your heart and whole health.

Don't torture your body by eating late at night.

After 8pm it isn't wise to eat unless it's light and the meal has no carbohydrate rich foods like matooke, rice, posho, pasta, potatoes.

After 10pm.. just wait till morning.

Avoid late night eating.
