Cognitive load is useful tool for thinking about work. But don't think it is useful to set limits. The experience of load is subjective and depends on a whole variety of things. And, like a muscle, increasing load is required for training.

I went to rural school for O level equivalent. Big on life skills. I had NO option but to do Typing as a subject. 120 words per min at 90% accuracy was the standard. Every Fri pm was awful. 2hrs on a sturdy Remington. But I am appreciative now!

This was my father's favourite cheese. I used to buy it for his birthday. It was expensive and only stocked in a few shops. Quite saddened by this.
