Very late to the party, I know, but I just finished reading Dr Lucy Foulkes first book on mental heath/illness and loved it! Interesting, well balanced and very accessibly written. Really looking forward to reading the newest one🥰📖
Well I didn’t write a book before I turned 30 but I did the next best thing which is to feature in one! A massive thank you to Dr Lucy Foulkes **now on Bluesky instead of here** for interviewing me as part of her brilliant new book! You can buy a copy at all good bookstores now! ✌🏻❤️
Problem when you're reading two brilliant books at once but having started Dr Lucy Foulkes below last night couldn't put it down early morning either.Amazing insights into teenage years based on extensive research and interviews with large number of people looking back.
