Favourite carpel tunnel relief? Pregnancy has made it SO much worse. Sleeping with hand splints, still wake up with painful, stiff, numb hands/fingers. Housework is a struggle & so is painting, knitting, & other fun things I'm sure I won't have time to do once the baby is here 😰
