Trump supporters chanted “stolen valor” as the motorcade passed outside Walz’s rally in Erie.

Walz, in an interview with WCMU News today, was asked how a Harris-Walz administration would handle the Israel-Hamas war and if it would break with the Biden administration in any way. Here's his full answer:

"It doesn't surprise me that Donald Trump did not do a damn thing on Labor Day," Walz said in Erie. "He took the day off, which he should thank organized labor for that day off. If I were him, I would be hiding down in Mar-A-Lago, too. I wouldn't want to face working people."

Walz said he watched part of Trump's interview last night and that "11 times Donald Trump explained to us that he wasn't weird." "I think we might be getting under the skin there a little bit," Walz said.

Walz further discussed the school shooting in Georgia during his rally in Erie, and recalled meeting with Sandy Hook families as a member of Congress. “Our hearts go out to the two students and the two teachers who were killed...that community will never be the same," Walz said.
