Here’s a tasty mid-week snack idea that can also double as a high-protein post-workout supplement, whole-food alternative: 150g of 0% Greek Yoghurt (not Greek ‘style’) 2 tsp of mixed chopped nuts 1 tsp maple syrup 158 cals, 22g Protein, 3g Fat, 11g Carbs #EatMovePerform
