Vancouver's proposed bylaw changes on temporary shelters without consulting the impacted unhoused community is concerning. A rights-based approach requires meaningful engagement with those most impacted in order to develop effective & appropriate solutions.

We should be shamed & angry at Child & Youth Advocate update- knowing 12 of 48 young people dead or seriously injured were in care, 20 receiving child intervention services & 16 received services within previous 2 yrs? Very bad #ABLeg
