Not the authentic Turkish version of Ramazan pidesi which solely relies on pretty high hydration, but this ever so slightly enriched version is much more beginner friendly and quicker yet came out airy, soft and tasty. Do recommend.

Growing slightly irritated at the shenanigans a certain part of the Persian diaspora is pulling - from appropriating slogans and art to bulldozing over anyone who's not fond of the questionable alliances they are forming and personally attacking Kurdish activists.
