#OverWork by Brigid Schulte is almost here! Check out the praise from some of the greats, including Heather McGhee, Adam Grant, Ai-jen Poo, and Anne-Marie Slaughter🇺🇦! We can't to discover why American work isn’t working and how life can be made more meaningful on 9/17. bit.ly/4dQuyxM

yes to this-- and this isn't just a big picture, systemic thing. this is also what an individual family needs at different times and in different doses. the demands of care are messy, inconsistent, HUMAN, and require flexible solutions.
