Really cool story Elias Adriaenssens &co Sascha Martens lab. My take home: Selective #autophagy has built in robustness. The cell will find a way to degrade those damaged organelles. Kudos everyone!!!
Great stuff from the Sascha Martens lab. Explains much about selective autophagy cargo - machinery recruitment.
Micronuclear collapse mechanisms in cancer | Science science.org/doi/10.1126/sc…. Perspective of beautiful works from Stefano Santaguida laboratory in science!
Thrilled to share our new paper in Science Magazine, in which we identify p62/SQSTM1 as a critical regulator of micronuclei 🧬🔬🧫 #ScienceResearch science.org/doi/10.1126/sc…
Amazing story! Once more demonstrating that we are only scratching the surface of understanding selective autophagy initiation mechanisms. Congratulations Elias Adriaenssens, Sascha Martens and Co-authors!
