Tech & Georgia State fans- a few storms popping up north of the stadium. There’s a small chance one could pop up over Bobby Dodd. I’ve got my eye on the radar.

Getting questions about the rain potential for the UGA/Kentucky game Saturday. As of now, looks like most of the rain stays JUST west with a few showers for tailgating. However, a slight change could mean widespread rain through the game. Stay tuned for updates. #Football #Dawgs

BRAVES VS DODGERS: the game tonight doesn't look terrible - but storms are likely after 9-10pm. Tomorrow looks pretty rainy leading up to the game, but we *may* dry out after first pitch. Sunday is trending much drier!

If you're wondering when you'll begin to see the fall color, it won't be for at least a few more weeks. Fall color peaks in the mountains in late October, and early to mid-November for Metro Atlanta.

NEXT WEEK: We will be watching the Gulf of Mexico closely next week. Right now NHC has only a 20% chance of tropical formation, but the last 6 runs of the GFS model are predicting a hurricane at the end of next week. Noteable that the other model (euro) has nothing forming.
