Another new lab member today! We have Frazer Buchanan who is starting a postdoc on our MRC-funded project on cellular substrates of viral proteases, and comes to us from the Morgan Herod Lab lab at Leeds having done his PhD on Hepatitis E virus!

Lots of excitment this week as our new grant starts officially and new lab members arrive! First through the door is Dr Rebee Penrice-Randal who is bring lot of coronavirus and sequencing/bioinformatics expertise to the lab!

Deadline is Monday (22nd Jan) for these two #virology PDRA positions to be based in the lab studying coronavirus replication and virus-host interactions.

Deadline for funded PhD 2 (RVFV interactome) is tomorrow (Sunday 21st Jan).
