This is amazing. The 4 day work week has been trialled by Little Angel Theatre in the entertainment industry.

The trial is being extended and they hope to make it a permanent feature after applying a few lessons learned!

We work five days only to exhaust ourselves so much that we spend our weekends catching up on rest.

This is not a sustainable way of living.
