#superteen commit to raising awareness about issues affecting mental health. Sports helps us to express ourselves in a more inclusive way. we are creating a culture where women and girls are free to express themselves freely on issues affecting their mental wellbeing.
On an Exciting journey to raising mental health awareness through sports and play!!!
Our mental and wellness program takes a center stage as 4 teams each with 30 girls play while discussing issues affecting their mental health.

Checking in with some of our trainees at #sheinnovates it’s #week6 and the results are awesome! Our business model is brighter on the other side, week 10-15 will be branding & marketing. We are not just concerned but we are involved in rural #PovertyEradication among rural women.
#Sheinnovates program provides rural women with resources they need to thrive & survive in the world of business. The much support is includes timely financial assistance to enable them produce & deliver to clients a thing we are proud to have sustained for close to five years.

What a cool way to start off this week! Hope Nankunda on behalf of Raising Teenagers Uganda🇺🇬 hosted us. She donated materials for our vocational training program (which will soon kick off) The program trains rural out of school teenage and young mothers in hard and soft skills.
