So this Hop Valley Brewing Co. Mix 12-pack that Creemore makes up here in Canada. Someone from the brewery's city of Eugene, Oregon tweets me and says, 'Yeah, that Stash Burst? We call it Stash Panda here.' Turns out I've had Stash Panda Hazy IPA in Vegas. With, of course, a burrito. 🌯🌯🌯

Hey Chris Chris, did I wreck my Quesada big-ass ground beef burrito? Not exactly! Five bites in, it just wrecked itself. It literally unraveled in my hands. Had to go old school knife and fork on it! Still tasted great but it looks like it hit the pavement and exploded!

WHAT'S PAIRING TONIGHT WITH MY... Quesada big-ass ground beef burrito? How about Nickel Brook Brewing Co. Chilly Tins New Zealand Style IPA? A sessionable 4.5%, lots of grapefruit and one helluva weekend starter!

AS YOU MAY KNOW... Creemore Springs (owned by Molson) has been brewing Hop Valley Brewing Co. (Eugene, Oregon) Bubble Stash IPA up here. Now they're making a Mix-12 with Bubble, Cyro Stash Imperial IPA and Stash Burst Hazy IPA. At 8.7%, the Cyro is tropical & solid. Uses Cyro Simcoe hops. 👍

When I go to Dragan Brewing and Wine here in St. Kitts, I always grab a case of The Hunt Pale Ale, great beer but that's not why. Owner Michael Nazareth give 3% of all his sales to Food4Kids Niagara. This is the beer of CEBL's Niagara River Lions and they match that 3% for 6% in total.

MEAT LASAGNA COOKING AS WE SPEAK... and smelling so damn good. Washing it down will be PerthBrewery Hopside IPA. Just 5.5%, light citrus, heavy pine and solid malt middle. Solid brew. Come on, lasagna! Dealing with my thirst but how about my hunger??

IT'S ANOTHER PRE-VEGAS (18 DAYS!) EDITION OF THE NEWLY-NAMED PENNYS4PINTS! A couple of beauties here for Pennys4Vegas, both from Merchant Ale House House down the street. Their St. Paul Hoppy Pilsner and their delicious Blueberry Wheat. The Blueberry Wheat will bring back memories!

THE LAST TIME I POPPED INTO Decew Falls Brewing Co. on the weekend, I grabbed a growler of the Summer SMASH Pale Ale, a howler of the Stout, a pint of the Mexican Style Lager and a Decew Falls baseball jersey! Gotta advertise my home brewery in Vegas when I return September 1st!

LAST NIGHT DINNER PAIRING! (Also tonight's) Forgot to post this but last night's meat-lovers pizza was paired off with a Merchant Ale House House St Paul Hoppy Pilsner. Not super-hopped like some India Pale Lagers, more on the smooth side. It was tasty. The pizza goes without saying.
