China's new reform agenda to advance Chinese modernization

This Embassy held a briefing on the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of CPC and the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation last Friday. We hope Uganda will ride the express train of Chinese modernization and share the opportunities brought by China's development.

Earlier today afternoon, I arrived in Beijing, China, for the Heads of State Summit on the Forum of China-Africa Cooperation. I was received at Beijing Capital Airport by the Chinese Ambassador to Uganda and Hon. Gen. Jeje Odongo, the Minister of Foreign Affairs. 1/2.
