The morning after the night before. That was one heck of an incredible Alpine Symphony from the BayerischeStaatsoper Orchestra and Vladimir Jurowski, who brings out the darkness in that piece so wonderfully. T back with them today to play Wagner, Schumann and Mahler 4 Barbican Centre

I think that one of the biggest highlights of the Last Night of the @BBCProms was the MASSIVE & deeply PASSIONATE ovation given to BBC Singers when Marin Alsop mentioned them in her speech. We would have been lost without them, last night. ππΆ
