I’m sooooooooooo tired from my psychiatrist appointment this morning 😴

I’m gonna put fried lardons and chopped ham on a pizza for lunch alongside extra cheese.

Does repeating yourself drive anyone else with ADHD INSANE? I have to explain certain concepts of things to people literally 30 or 40 times and it makes me so frustrated I feel sick. I really want to try and find a way to ease my frustration with this?
