This the only weekend of the XC season we don't have a race through 10/5. We returned to "summer rhythm" with weightlifting yesterday & a long run w/breakfast this morning. And, WOW, what a difference 60 degrees makes vs 100! Feeling good. Central Hardin XC Fairgrounds Frenzy next Sat.

Pre-dawn bus trip underway to the Central Hardin XC Fairgrounds Frenzy in historic Glendale KY at the Hardin County Fairgrounds! HS and BG JrHigh in action today. Hurricane remnants have largely cleared. It’s always a great day to race!

HS Girls 5k about 10 mins away. We have a lighter crew in this race today but these girls are excited.

Boys Varsity finished 8th of 20 teams at Frenzy! Nice work. Boys start and SR Jacob Apple flies into the finish chute.

Greenwood Youth Challenge at Phil Moore Park on a nice evening to run! We put 30 elementary and nine Bowling Green Jr. High School runners on the course tonight! These aren’t officially timed but we had some GREAT runs tonight! Elementary pre-race photo and start video
