This is confirmed. Ramey lost an appeal based on being in a unique situation (Portsmouth is a seniors-only camp so COVID-waiver option to return did not exist for participants before). He'll have to sit out games vs Nicholls, Southern, Utah Tech but can play Tuesday and in Maui.
