Update week 17 #Rituximab

For a duration of 6-8 weeks there was a real improvement, not for the whole amount of symptoms like MCAS, but for others. Since 1 week I'm not fine. Probably it´s PEM because there were a lot awareness actions and I could not stay in my baseline.

In the way PEM can only be studied with PEM samples in #MECFS , various neurological biomarkers (e.g. GFAP) might only be useful during the initial hit or during PEM, there is a temporal dynamic to biomarkers that is not sufficiently controlled for. Any thoughts by neurologists?
