Over 50k marathon runners and someone came last.

Me and April borns really get along great. They’re some of the most amazing people I’ve met. True rockstars.

It’s not enough to eat right… eating right in the right order is equally as important.

First your veggies…. Then your protein… then the sugar/starch.

Get my dream body, just to keep dressing like a 20 year old boy. This wasn’t the plan.

Sigh.
