Congratulations to Sai Teja Nekkanti (Sai Teja Nekkanti) and Franchesca Hauck (Franchesca) on passing their Ph.D. oral qualifying exams!!! π₯³ππͺ They became the first Ph.D. candidates of the Dr. Ana C. Alba-Rubio (she/her) at Clemson Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering and I couldn't be prouder of them. Best team ever! π
On April 16, we attended the 2024 Clemson ChBE Graduate Symposium. This summer, we welcomed 3 awesome undergraduate researchers: Laura Donahue, Evan Jordan, and Ashton Poole. They started a new project and obtained exciting results! They also presented posters at the 8th Annual Summer CI + UR Showcase. Thankful to Creative Inquiry for the support! π€

Dr. Ana C. Alba-Rubio (she/her) created a coloring book as part of her U.S. National Science Foundation CAREER Award. The coloring book supports women in STEM and will be distributed to schools in the area! A digital copy of the book can be found in the article.
