Our new paper compares meiosis in natural and neo allopolyploid Arabidopsis suecica. Homoeologous crossovers are 20-fold more frequent in first generation polyploids and show a strong bias toward chromosome ends. #meiosis #polyploid Candida Nibau IBERS - Aber bit.ly/4dZW7F0
