What an amazing time at Borders Book Festival! I’ve interviewed some incredible authors and journalists so far. The Bloom Media project is thriving, a reminder of how important it is to support and inspire young people to pursue creative industries 🌟
👏 🤩 It was an honour to be interviewed by the Bloom Media crew Borders Book Festival this weekend before my CraftivistCollective Handbook talk & have them capture voxpops at my workshops
Getting authors and journalists to participate in this trend might be the greatest achievement of my career so far 😂 I had so much fun making content with Bloom Media. This is definitely my favourite video that I took/edited for Borders Book Festival.
Thanks to the John Schofield Trust for the invitation to speak to early career journalists at the BBC alongside Channel 5 News Editor Debbie Ramsay and The Washington Post Staff writer Kyle Melnick with panel chair Dhruti Shah.
Great night-shift with BBC Scotland News live-streaming and reporting figures at Glenrothes counts. We were pleased café did in fact, remain open a little beyond 2 AM. 🗳️
