Yesterday began as a beautiful day. Millions of people out in the sun, dressed to the nines, beaming with pride and joy. But all it took was one person. I'm heartbroken for the young man killed and the others harmed. My thoughts are with those grieving and recovering.

The sun has set on a very special day: the Commercial Waste Zone pilot has begun! When I passed this bill, I envisioned a city with smarter, safer sanitation practices. Today, we're finally one step closer to clean streets, healthy air, and good jobs. 5 years ago on Spectrum News NY1… ⬇️
