Supposed to attend a superspreader event at work. I’ve avoided the last couple & thought that I would attend with high quality mask & personal hepa. Then I’m in to work a shift yesterday & counted at least 10 newly masked co-workers and thought

Assuming someone has no life because they mask & no longer eat indoors with strangers or acquaintances is silly. While there are many millions of peoples who’s lives have been destroyed by sarscov2 that limits their ability to safely navigate in public spaces & even their

Schools, if you’re not purposely trying to break vulnerable people’s spirits by: 1. Refusing air purifiers 2. Not turning your ventilation on 3. Criticizing parents for their family wearing masks 4. Getting their kids sick What is your goal? Because it’s not helping families

ICYMI: 1) Your health / life insurance premiums may soon increase if you live in areas with higher COVID-19 cases 2) You may offered a premium reduction if you’re vaccinated 3) This has nothing to do with politics or overzealous health officials. It’s cold hard math 🤷🏽‍♂️

And from public schools, daycares, long term care homes, colleges and universities… crickets. Managers in all those spaces don’t want to admit that they are part of the problem. We should have clean air in all these spaces.

High-quality masks (N95, FFP3) have unquestionable efficacy in the lab -- they work. If a particular hospital cannot translate that into effective (real-world) protection, they are experiencing a dissemination & implementation crisis. They need better protocols, not excuses.

Time for Canada to acquire Novavax for those who need it. As it’s in single dose vials, there is no reason governments can’t reimburse at point of sale, just like any other insurance provider. Justin Trudeau Doug Ford Jean-Yves Duclos Mark Holland

Novavax is approved in Canada but the government has effectively granted oligopoly status to Pfizer/Moderna for COVID vaccine distribution in the 2024-2025 season. This decision is made on the backs of potentially millions of immunocompromised Canadians who can't tolerate mRNA.

We had/have a choice to either normalize disease or normalize mitigations. We chose to normalize disease. I think this was/is primarily due to the illogical nature of mitigations that were used during much of the early stages of the pandemic. This is 100% a result of religious
