Here’s research on what votes of #NoConfidence in university presidents can do/what it could mean at #Emory

#Emory College Faculty vote of #NoConfidence in President Fenves and Demand for Redress passes 75% (358) to 24% (119). A majority of faculty voted (there's ~550 college faculty, from my understanding).

The electronic vote on the Motion of #NoConfidence in #Emory Pres Fenves & Demand for Redress is now open (closes Friday, May 3, per College Senate procedures).

Editing motions in real time w/type A profs (in-person & online) was a bit chaotic, but #Emory faculty upped the ante from censure to no confidence. It now goes to electronic vote by all college faculty.
