There is an actual anti-Democratic coup taking place in France, as President Macron refuses to recognize the results of the snap elections that he himself called. The president is behaving like an autocrat, but you will not read anything about this in the western liberal media

Anglo commentators misunderstanding this quite badly. Macron is using Le Pen/the RN's no confidence vote as a pretext to say an NFP government couldn't work. The aim isn't to let the RN into government, but to create a situation in which both the RN and LFI are beyond the pale.
