Indiscriminately launching 8,500+ rockets and drones at Israeli civilians is terrorism. Blowing up pagers and walkie-talkies that are exclusively used by Hezbollah terrorists is the definition of a precision counterterrorism strike.

It weren't "Pagers" that exploded. It were "Pagers acquired by Hezbollah and distributed to its members" that exploded. Bad life choices, bad outcome.

I see that many have a problem identifying military barracks when they don't have a big perimeter fence but are rather scattered amongst buildings and apartments inside a civilian city. That scattering is an insidious act, by the way.
