Utah Twitter, make this trend. The legislature has engaged in unbelievable deceptive practices to put this on our ballot and trick all of us into giving up our rights. Regardless of your political persuasions, let's all be as loud about this as possible. Vote no on amendment D.

Utah, the time for righteous fury is now. What the legislature has done is so deceptive I'm honestly shocked by it. This measure was opposed by legislators from both parties. This is a nonpartisan issue. Amendment D is a substantial restriction on *everyone's* right to be heard.

In Nov. Utahns will get to vote on a constitutional amendment that would ensure the Legislature's power to repeal or amend any ballot initiative. But will they know what they're voting on? Even Republicans are calling it "deceptive" and "misleading." sltrib.com/news/politics/…
