Good representation by King Henry VIII 3-19 School for Blaenau Gwent Schools Rugby in tonight's fixture against Cardiff Rugby District South Powys in preparation for the upcoming Dewar Shield. A windy and rewarding summer block coaching this group of players across the five schools.
The Bank Holiday did not stop the team from doing a team run today in preparation for our 2nd pre-season game tomorrow against Islwyn Schools Rugby

King Henry VIII 3-19 School Year 7 began their Rugby journey today with a fixture against Ebbw Fawr. Some playing their first game of rugby today, looking forward to more pupils being involved.
