We developed a simple highly-optimized version of 2nd gen Hi-C, called FLIE HI-C, which takes 2 days instead of 4-5, uses 5-20 fold less reagents, and needs only 100-1000 fold less input material. Importantly, we keep all the controls and the interaction map quality is excellent.
