(1/13) Exciting findings from our latest study, now published in Nucleic Acids Res as a breakthrough article! academic.oup.com/nar/advance-ar…
Excited to share my PhD work in the lab of Lars Velten Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG). We screened the activity of synthetic enhancers throughout myeloid differentiation. Combinations of activating TFs frequently neutralized each other or gained repression twtr.to/wiWIZ (1/n)
Happy to share our manuscript that demonstrates the HP1 alpha monomer-dimer transition to open and compact chromatin. Thanks to all of our collaborators Harvey Lab Elizabeth Hinde Mark Dawson Rhys Allan Charlie Bell academic.oup.com/nar/advance-ar…
Interested in doing crazy/creative/high impact science at the intersection of ML/synthetic biology/gene regulation/genetics/personalized medicine? Due to a string of recent grant successes we have multiple postdoc openings... ubc.wd10.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/ubcfacul… Thanks in advance for sharing!
