UPDATE: A former Shrub Oak school employee pleaded guilty last night to endangering the welfare of an incompetent person, a misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 3 years’ probation and ordered to pay $1,624.79 in restitution to the student, according to the Westchester County DA.
