Shout out to K. C. Thibeault, Dr.ErinCalipari & the team from Vanderbilt University & Vanderbilt Center For Addiction Research! Their study shows that repeated cocaine exposure creates a unique neuronal ensemble that influences drug-seeking behavior. Another great work from The Calipari Lab!➡️hubs.ly/Q02DMZ880
I’m so excited to spend the next couple of weeks in the Imaging course at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory! Can’t get over how beautiful this campus is 😍 #CSHImaging2024
Applications are now open for the 2024-2025 postdoc seminar series! 📣📣📣 An awesome opportunity to come to Nashville to share your work with Vanderbilt Pharmacology!!!
We are excited to share Kim Thibeault's paper Biological Psychiatry. We show that repeated cocaine exposure decreases the number of cocaine-activated neurons in the nucleus accumbens. This smaller ensemble of neurons controls behavior more robustly. doi.org/10.1016/j.biop… A thread:
I love being part of this team! It’s tough to choose a favorite episode but I loved learning more about Bianca Jones Marlin, PhD, her incredible research, and how she has prioritized advocacy throughout her career. Cheers to many more years of highlighting women in Neuroscience! ❤️
We are honored to have contributed to an amazing ISFNS course Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory this summer. What a blast the course was! Thanks to the organizers for inviting us, and to the speakers, instructors, assistants, and students! Coherent Laser powered our double AOD scanner with 3D stimulation
We had a great time earlier this month at the Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory neuro course. Students were able to look at dendritic activity in layer 2/3 of visual cortex on a Bruker multiphoton system. Thanks for having us! #MicroscopyMonday #neuroscience #lifesciences
