We’re here in Cabo Verde with the Biodiversity Challenge Funds-funded BAIT project to share knowledge, skills & equipment for monitoring mesophotic ecosystems 🇨🇻🪸
🎉 We just reached 50 dives! We are currently on expedition with NGO Biosfera Cabo Verde in Cape Verde deploying cameras down to the deep sea in areas which have never been seen before We have seen black corals, butterflyfish, trumpetfish and sea bream 🥹 And even a manta ray!
🎬That’s a wrap 81 camera dives From 10 - >150 m depth 1 manta ray 2 moray eels Countless black corals! 🔥What a team!
