No common sense whatsoever. Does no one in Lambeth ever query things. You have a supplier who can supply only for £40.8K (which is a fortune anyway). Lambeth decide to award instead to NBJ for £112.1K. So Lambeth are paying £14K PER DOOR to install a door, which is a day's work

I'm seeing exactly the same in Lambeth. Massive waste of energy and money with tens of thousands of pounds being spent on the heating system over the summer months. mylondon.news/news/south-lon…

The even bigger question is why it takes the dogged work of a journalist to uncover this, when there should be systems in place to stop this situation happening at all. Local government oversight is broken

Another #Lambeth horror show. The council were warned about the dripping water weeks ago but did nothing. Now it has collapsed and water is still dripping. Contractor hasn't fixed it as worried about potential asbestos. Mum and 3 autistic children having to live here Robert Firth

Lambeth Council's been evicting Homes for Lambeth Tenants to house the homeless on central hill. We've been demanding that the council fill empty homes. The cost to the public for these crass decisions Danny Adilypour must be through the roof as scammers, squatters and thieves take over. 3/3

5 o'clock in the morning. I've been removing a fallen cupboard from my kitchen. Still moving by the 20th of next month. Lambeth have no time frame for doing any work until after that. #notWorthTheRent Bell Ribeiro-Addy MP Lambeth Council

An investigation by The Times reveals Lambeth council one of the least effective authorities in the country, under-performing on housing, social care and children’s services. Lambeth is also the second most complained about borough, with 12,000 complaints = 10% of all households

Looking forward to this episode. It's been a great series and incredibly valuable to get men talking and opening up about this important subject.

Lambeth Council your 'Lambeth Housing Standard' works to a new level! I first raised this long running issue 3 months ago. It's raining again so the resident has a seasonal '2 for the price of one' Toilet/Shower'. What exactly are you doing with the housing revenue account?

This statement by Keir Starmer is monumental. Ending leasehold will be remembered as one of the biggest accomplishments The Labour Party have achieved in office. Millions of leaseholders, freed from servitude & serfdom, enfranchised to govern their own homes. Meaningful change

Still being ghosted by Lambeth Council regarding a complaint for which I was due a response on 5th Sept. Phoned twice last week, but still nothing from them. I presume the latest policy is just to ghost people and hope they go away. #LambethHighStandards
