Franklin I know this wont be a popular opinion but 5.5 % is prb best offer. The fight needs to be around the pay injustice of being the lowest paid graduate workforce in healthcare-I saw an ITU ward sister job yesterday advertise at a band 6! Almost 50% of RNs are on band 5. Has to change
