A bittersweet goodbye as I say my last words as a Member of Parliament.

Meeting so many talented, generous, commited and principle people has been a joy, a pleasure and a privilege, and I'll miss it like mad.

It has been the privilege of my life serving as the MP for Barking. Today, I reflect on what it's been like working as a politician for 30 years, and my hopes for the future.
