Today my students wrote letters to their favorite teachers for Teacher Appreciation Week. They had so much fun delivering the letters. It put a smile on everyone’s face. ✏️📓🥰

Fun Friday today in ENL 🎉 We had a competition this morning between all my students, who could come up with the most amount of summer words?! The winner was Michael from ITMS!☀️ So much fun!

We learned all about sequencing today by making our very own hot chocolates! ❄️☕️ Who else loves hot cocoa on a cold day? 🙋🏼‍♀️

Finally some snow! ❄️ We had a snowy themed ENL class today. Students learned all about finding the main idea and supporting details of a story. We had fun playing our “What’s the Main Idea?” matching game!☃️

Today was so special! My BOCES family showered Baby Brenner with so much love 👶🏼💙 They even surprised me with an appearance from Mr. Brenner!

We had so much fun sorting Halloween nouns today in ENL! 🎃🕸️

My daughter (and her giant bag of candy that she got) definitely wants to thank everyone involved with EMHS Safe Halloween! East Meadow Schools

Last week, we worked on a design and draw activity where students designed a Halloween themed creature, then wrote a paragraph describing their character. Later, we guessed who made each creature by reading our descriptive writing in class. It was so much fun! 🎃🕸️👻
