Blowing through all the ScotWind cash (on day-to-day spending) within three years. What a farce. And a farce perpetrated by this sequence of Cabinet Secretaries: Kate Forbes, John Swinney, Shona Robison.

Both Daniel Johnson MSP and Alex Cole-Hamilton MSP🔶🇺🇦 asked the obvious question about the £460m ScotWind raid: how is Scot Gov going to find that money in next year’s budget? Shona Robison seemed not even to understand the question, never mind to have an answer. She simply isn’t up to the job.

Almost half of the Scottish Government's shortfall this year is being made up from one-off raid on ScotWind cash. Not invested for our future, but instead thrown into the SNP's black hole. 17 years of SNP incompetence means Scots pay more and get less.

The SNP is throwing away ScotWind money to fill their fiscal black hole. This will be the legacy of 17 years of the SNP. One-off money that we could have invested in Scotland, instead being used to cover their gross incompetence.
