To those who are already happily pattern matching and get confused when the classic switch doesn't cause a compile error when incomplete (like me): Let your IDE help you! In IntelliJ IDEA, a JetBrains IDE, it's the inspection "Enum switch statement that misses cases" - I set severity to error.
